Flair and Problem-Solving from our Customer Service Team

With problem-solving and strong communication skills, our Customer Service Team endeavors to always provide the best service and tirelessly puts the needs of our customers first. From the inception of projects, whether a customer is looking for a quote or to execute a POP retail display program, the Customer Service Team takes care of their needs. Concept to completion, our Customer Service Team works closely with Sales or directly with the customer to achieve goals for their programs, whether it is packaging, a POP display, signage or a pack out project.

As requests come to Bay Cities, the Customer Service Team will kick off by setting the context for what designs, materials and production the project will entail. Our customers’ needs can run the gamut from structurally-sound industrial packaging to a 10-foot train to be displayed at a major retailer. Our Customer Service Team will establish a proposed budget with our customer. Then, they will share that with our Designers and Pack Out Team so through developing, manufacturing and packing out thousands of displays with multiple SKUs, they can plan what to create to fit within the customer’s budget.

Our Customer Service department will provide a detailed quote covering the options available for that retail program, industrial packaging or subscription box run. They will research to find the most cost-efficient, high-quality materials and optimal printing process to give our customers choices that will fulfill their needs, including unique art and logistical coordination. Once the project has been approved, the Customer Service rep will process the order through our system, depending on what that project requires. By working within the timeline and keeping constant communication with our clients, our Customer Service Team provides our customers with the ease of mind knowing their project will run efficiently to be delivered on time.

As we run the project, the Customer Service Team focuses on engaging our clients and walking them through each step of the process.

With the diligent work of our Customer Service Team, our clients are receiving communication and involvement in the execution and delivery of their products, services and programs.
