To build and piece together Bay Cities’ most cherished event where we bring the brightest minds in the world takes a village. Delivering this event isn’t just about finding an intimate venue for our biannual curated conference, it’s about transforming that venue into a recognizable branded mecca. Just laying out and ideating what Bay Cities feels the sensory look and feel of the room is a task in itself.
The elaborate directional signage is not only bright and eye-catching, it deliberately drives our guest towards where we want them to be and is of the upmost importance. Keeping the branded theme all the way through the guideposts has to be effective. How many times have you been to an event or seminar where the signage does not lead you where you are supposed to go? Sometimes there isn’t anything there to guide the guests, and they arrive frustrated. This will never happen at a Bay Cities’ Winning Retail. We even direct folks where to park with our elaborate markers.
Once our attendees have arrived at the room, they will find that our Bay Cities geniuses have splashed the room with the Winning@Retail theme throughout the space. The creative members of the Brand Team even thought to put branded blocks between many of the seats to allow our visitors to place their belongs on them and not worry about hunting for a note pad or their laptop during the presentations. This just makes everything more comfortable.
Even while our guests are gathered together for lunch, they are reminded of the Winning@Retail theme with specially designed and branded centerpieces. The selection for lunch included the “fan favorite” Yellow Tofu Coconut Curry. This event could never happen as well as it does without the preempted curation by the Bay Cities Brand Team.
